Spanish colonial Baroque elaborate mirror frame in repoussé silver on wood frame. The piece has a vast amount of baroque volutes and scrolls ornamentation, with depiction of wheat, berries and flowers around the border. A smaller ovoid shape mirror is inserted above the main mirror. Handmade during the late 17th-early 18th century, this frame is a grandiose piece of master craft by a talented Spanish silversmith. In great antique condition with age-appropriate wear and use.
